Credit quality, project goals, liquidity, experience, and timing all matter. We connect the dots before approaching lenders.
We help business owners approach financing with the preparation, perspective, and calm judgment complex transactions deserve.

Bradford Commercial Brokerage was built to give business owners access to clear, candid, and highly engaged commercial financing guidance.
Our founder earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California, served on the Executive Board of Tau Kappa Epsilon, and was selected as a Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation Fellow. He later earned a Master of Science in Economics from Pepperdine University as valedictorian.
More than two decades in financial services—including senior credit risk management and commercial lending leadership at Bank of America, PennyMac, and Blackrock Capital—created a practical understanding of how lenders assess risk and how strong transactions are presented.
Today, that vigorous quantitative background and creative structuring experience help owners navigate complexity and pursue the right outcome with confidence.
Your financing deserves human judgment—not an algorithm.
Bradford Commercial Brokerage does not rely on AI, bots, or automated machines to analyze your request, recommend lenders, or manage your transaction. Every conversation, financing strategy, and lender relationship is handled by a real person.
We are the only brokerage in the United States built on this promise: real people stay personally involved from your first conversation through closing.
